Emily leads strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and program management, working closely with executive leadership to translate research into actionable solutions that drive social and economic impact. She oversees faculty funding programs, supports strategic planning, and cultivates cross-sector partnerships spanning academia, government, industry, and nonprofit sectors. Emily also contributes to communications efforts to help ensure the Institute’s research and mission are effectively shared with key audiences.

With over a decade of leadership experience in international education, Emily brings a global perspective and expertise in building collaborative innovation ecosystems that connect research, policy, and practice. She contributes to research and strategy publications, helping to advance thought leadership in areas such as innovation and responsible AI.

Emily holds a Master of Science in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University, University of London, and certifications in TESOL and International Higher Education Management and Leadership.
