The Constitute Project, headed by UT Government Professor Zach Elkins and in partnership with Google, launched September 23, 2013 at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The project catalogues text and analysis from 900 current and past constitutions since 1789, with the goal of providing drafters with a tool to explore best practices in drafting constitutions.
