President, Measure

Meme Styles is president and founder of Measure, an Austin-based, award-winning social justice nonprofit that puts people of color at the front of research and evaluation and uses data to mobilize communities and create social change. Meme has 15 years of experience in organizational leadership, research, and community organizing. Her commitment to fostering a more equitable and just society is evident in the numerous social justice-focused programs and projects she's spearheaded in both Texas and California. Drawing on her own lived experiences and tireless energy, Meme inspires others to join her in the fight against racism.

As a Social Science Research Council Just Tech Fellow, Meme is at the forefront of creating anti-racist technology. Her pioneering work in this area is helping to shape the future of tech, making it more inclusive and equitable for all.

Meme holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, a Masters Of Public Administration with a concentration on National Security, and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell. She is also certified in Performance Measurement through George Washington University College of Professional Studies and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree at Liberty University.

Meme is a devoted wife to a US Veteran and a loving mother of four. With her unique blend of expertise, passion, and fearlessness, Meme Styles is a true visionary of the afro-futuristic world.
