On March 5 the IC² Institute will host Tom Standage, digital editor at The Economist, in a talk examining the flow of human history through the ages of beer, wine, spirits, coffee, tea, and Coca-Cola.

Tom Standage is author of six books including Writing on the Wall, An Edible History of Humanity, A History of the World in Six Glasses, and The Victorian Internet.
